Review on 🎧 Bose Soundbar Universal Remote Control for Soundbar 500 & 700: Optimize Your Audio Experience by Jose Strong

No "permanent" icons for: Power on/off completely stopped working. The removable back panel is embossed with the date of manufacture and shows 18.05; If I had known the Bose universal remote was two years old when I bought it, I would have returned it. I have more Bose products than I can count and I've been happy with all of them except this one: It's a piece of black plastic. Garbage. I have a Spectrum remote that is over 10 years old and still works perfectly. I expected the Bose universal remote to do the same for the Soundbar 700. Bose should replace defective remotes and replace them with a remote that is adequately marked AND has a light that doesn't just flicker for a few seconds after the remote is tilted to turn the light on. what's up
