Review on 🔥 Enhance Ford Performance with Pertronix D2010 Flame-Thrower TFI Module by James Crofton

Customers who have posted negative reviews most likely purchased the wrong TFI module. Ford has used 2 different TFI modules ranging from 89 to 96. The only way to really know which one you have is to check the TFI connector. If a red/blue wire goes to pin #4 then this module is not for you. This module is a CCD (computer controlled shutter) and pin #4 of the TFI is connected directly to pin #4 of the EEC IV. There is also no ignition suppression resistor in the negative circuit of the coil. I called the manufacturer to confirm it was CCD. That worked for my application. TFI modules are complex, you need to make sure you choose the right one. All the problems described in other reviews occur when you install the wrong TFI. The block doesn't work.
