Review on Floor Sander Ez 8 36Grit Sandbelt by Efrain Khan

My wife and I recently remodeled our entire home including sanding and finishing over 1300 sq ft. Feet of 100 year old hardwood floors. We rented a Menards Clark sander and it worked great with these sanding belts. We started with 36 grit to remove the old paint and glue, 60 grit to remove the lines left by 36 and 80 grit to finish the floor before painting. Buying these straps in bulk was great for us and probably saved 2-3 per strap. I would recommend using an edge sander in addition to a drum sander as the drum cannot be pushed all the way to the wall like an edge sander. work!
