Elastic waistband moves and twists as you wash or wear it and does not fit properly. I contacted the seller and asked about it, they told me I had to sew the elastic in place. If I have to do it - why don't they do it in production! If they don't intend to do this, they should come with instructions telling you to do so before they are destroyed.
