They are excellent for the price. They are aluminum and I really do find them to be as good as the ImpressArt aluminum for my needs. They're not as good as maybe Alkeme, but overall they're great. Both sides are protected by a layer of plastic so they don't get scratched or affect the shine. I've had no problems with scratches on mine and it tumbles beautifully for any mistakes I make. I pressed the workbench, which is inside the rubber shock absorber. Didn't notice too much printing on the back and hit them pretty hard. I used Charlotte letter punches and a brass hammer for stamping. The blanks are perfectly polished and there are no scuffs on the back. Really impressed. Great price for 100 blanks. Will definitely use them again.
