They offer to send you a "free add-on" if you leave a review and send them a screenshot. To be honest, regardless of the quality of the product, this practice should be banned by Revain. The product itself is not inserted properly. The screws don't line up and I can't get the grinder tube into the base at the right angle, no matter how hard I try, it just doesn't fit. (Since other reviewers don't seem to have this issue, I'm assuming mine is a manufacturing defect.) That is, poor quality control + sloppy verification methods. I lost an hour to get this working. I hope this review helps someone avoid my problems.
