I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. The back straps that attach the shelf to the neck cradle are just too short. I bought this shelf to replace the one that came with the Master massage table I bought three years ago. The vinyl came off an old shelf. I measured two. The difference is almost 3 inches. This causes two problems. First, the front is the right length so the device doesn't hang flat. Second, the patient's arms are not hanging low enough because he is too narrow, and the position is very uncomfortable. I like the quality of this armrest shelf compared to other shelves I have purchased from other manufacturers. The size and thickness of the padding is also very good. But if it doesn't hang properly, then it's unusable for me and has to be returned. I contacted master support. I will update as they promised to call me back in an hour.
