I have found that I need to make a permanent switch to this product. It is a balm, so there is practically no foam. I rub the conditioner-like cream into the roots, comb to the ends, leave it. while I finish the shower and rinse it out last. It does what it says on the tin, it cleans and conditions my hair. I have no tangles after the shower and my hair looks great even when it's air dried (I blow dried my hair every day after the shower). The design of the pump worries me as it doesn't pump out the product at the bottom of the bottle so you have to turn the bottle upside down to squeeze it all out leaving the pump useless. It would be great if LOreal put l it's in a tube instead.
