Installed last year, problem fixed, but worn out.

Installed last year, problem fixed, but wore out after a year. These are MOOG parts and come with a three year or limited lifetime warranty depending on which part you purchase and I don't know how to replace them under warranty now. Moog told me to return them to the parts store I bought them from, but I got them from Revain so I'm not sure "what" to do as their 30 day return period has expired. I would still buy them again, I've never had a problem with MOOG parts but I was just a little surprised that they wear out so quickly.
