Once set up, it scans about as fast as I can put the paper or document I want to scan in it. It also works double-sided with little fanfare. It sends the documents wherever you want, in your special folder that you have created for them. It's a well-made piece of technology, all the bits and pieces fit together well, and the gaps and seams are even and consistent throughout the scanner. It's also very good at keeping everything in place, and pulling up a paper or document is as easy as scanning it. This is a very useful tool that helps keep paper stacks to a minimum.
