I bought this to use as a pen case knowing it's one of the places most likely to get scratched when getting in and out of the box. The carbon fiber style looks nice and they match the grips well. Of course it can't be flush with the rest of the door panel, but they sit nice and low so they don't protrude. The tape sticks really well and I had no trouble losing it. I wash my car every weekend and they hold up well under pressure washing. The finish also takes sealant and wax very well, providing extra protection and an elegant look.
