Don't buy this item .it's horrible

I'm in shock it was . Don't waste your money . It was beyond wrinkled, the skirt was an XL and I'm 123 lbs.so that was wrong as well and the elastic band on the waist of the skirt was twisted and not able to be fixed. I needed this for a dress up party and I was so disgusted by the quality and also how wrong my order was.
