Very thin. Don't expect it to hold anything with weight.
If you try to put something that weighs more than a sheet of paper in one of the pockets, it will most likely just fall out of the pocket, or at least fold out. The problem is that the base is all fabric and only connects to the seat in two places. If you have kids and want to store crayons and sticky notes, this will probably work. If you need bottled water or snacks, look elsewhere. I will buy a new organizer instead.
