Missing parts. No written instructions. They expect you to watch the video which is just plain bullshit. It is not so easy. Tools are not included. The bolt turns when you try to tighten the nut. There is no way to hold the bolt to tighten the nut. I assembled closets, dressers, shelves, etc. that didn't take as long to assemble as these 4 ferris wheels on a cart. A piece of junk for $95.
