Review on 🖱️ Satechi Aluminum Mouse Pad: Stylish Silver Non-Slip Pad for Computers, Laptops, and Desktops by Aaron Gonzales

Okay I've had this pad for a few weeks now so I can speak first hand but of course can't confirm how it holds up over time. This mouse pad looks very stylish with my Mac and Magic Mouse. I don't have an issue with the optical mouse "jerking" as some other reviewers have noted. I also have no problem with a slight squeak when moving the mouse over the pad. The aluminum pickguard is lightly textured so it "feels" natural like friction. It doesn't bother me at all. My only concern is prolonged use of the mouse. Due to the texture of the aluminum I can see how this can affect mouse gliding as stated in other reviews. It's like rubbing your mouse on extremely fine sand every day. It's good that I don't use my desktop and its mouse much, so I don't see this becoming a big problem for me. Perhaps experienced users are more prone to the slip problem. Just a guess as I haven't experienced it myself. Hope that helps! (PS. I was not paid or given free for my review. It is impartial.)
