I received my order today via USPS and the package was dripping. Apparently one of the containers was not completely closed and an ounce of the product was missing. That may not sound like a lot but it is 25% of what was in the container. I am unable to determine who to contact to correct this but I want a replacement or a partial refund.I like the product, just not the manner in which it was received.
- I have a cowlick that this product holds closed but without so much stiffness.
- Not suitable for people with thick hair
