This material is Cadillac of cords, I've just started Kumihimo and I have 2 almost identical jewelry sets black and purple cord, it was pretty easy to use, but got a little tangled when I was messing with it. With this material the only problem I had was cutting the plastic strap with scissors. I ended up using nail clippers after the cords snapped almost straight when opened When I found all 4 ends folded and tied them together and placed them on the disc and wound the spools the cords never tangled or tangled once and I find them it's really good that they give you a guide on the packaging for the placement of the color, I received a braided rope I think in the form of confetti. I really wish I could buy these things locally, but Michael, which is my most frequent craft store, has a pretty crappy Dazzle-It nylon ponytail and all the yarns I've tried are no better.
