It's basically a regular skinny fit
Although I thought it was the perfect fit, it turned out to be a little tight rather than loose. I'm used to polo shirts and usually a 2XL men's t-shirt fits me. This Lacoste shirt is a little tight in the center and hem, too high and too tight in the neck (I have my mom remove the ribbed collar so it's more comfortable). So be careful what size you get.
