Well, the UX of management is terrible, as always with Razer: synapse is not convenient, does not work with mac, firmware ates only via bluetooth and only in windows, reset bluetooth connection does not allow you to connect it to a new device (you must first turn off the device to which it currently connected). Unfortunately, there are not so many gaming mice with two interfaces on the market, the choice is small. Razer is not suitable for this "position". I have sworn off once again contacting this company, I didn’t keep my word in vain, I won’t make such a mistake again.
