It's amazing and finally they are inexpensive. Just wash your face, place them on your pimples and let them work their magic. It's better if you first pierce the skin on the pimples, but that's not necessary - they still suck the sebum out of the top, but if you pierce the skin lightly, they'll squeeze it out. In fact, I would recommend using sterilized needles like diabetic spears if you choose to do so. I've been trying this for a while, but overall I figured it's better to just put them on top - too much hassle using copies. Instead I now just use a small face brush (Foreo Luna) when I take it off in the morning and the pressure is usually enough to pop the pimple without poking and squeezing which makes it worse. That does not work. gets along well with black dots; REALLY works great for large pimples that cannot be stuffed and are very painful (cysts). If you have a lot of cysts this probably isn't for you, but if you're like me and only get the occasional cyst here and there it's a life saver.
