I have a waist size 40. I bought another brand but they don't sell this belt anymore. This brand hardly suits me. It's very inconvenient to try to tighten the strap because there's about two inches of extra strap to hold on to. Also be careful if these buckles are the same as another brand, the buckle with the latter lasts about a year before breaking.
