My PS3 Slim model 2501B works like new again with this laser lens.

I followed the instructions in one of the YouTube videos to replace the laser lens. Just search for "Sony Playstation 3 Slim Bluray Laser Lens Replace". It's very easy to replace. Just remember to keep any taped screws close to their respective holes for easier assembly. BTW, the screwdriver was not included in my package as I thought.
