Nice cushion. I bought it hoping it would help relieve the pressure on my hips. I found it rather uncomfortable, too hard for me. I thought I would return it. But I found it a great pillow to support my shoulder. I sleep on my side, I also have bursitis on my shoulder. This little pillow supports my shoulder. Very happy.
