Explosive balloons, ideal for a heart attack

Balloons are terrible. They explode easily and before you know it you're less than halfway before the party even starts. Husband was hit in the eye while opening a gift. I thought it would be dramatic. Blowing up balloons with numbers isn't exactly fun either. Thank goodness for the bike pump and straw.
