A little soft, I think a harder rubber would be better.

They worked but are a little soft; I think a harder rubber as Fat Grip is better for any kind of lifting. You want to have the least fusion possible.

  • I use these to increase the diameter of my dip bar and they feel great.
Cons
  • May be prone to slipping during use
