This product is AWESOME! Everything I've tried works exactly as it should! Setup was easy and intuitive. I had just one question and called Anker. My call was answered by Teagan in about a minute, and I was up and running in two minutes. Anker's customer support has been POSITIVELY EXCELLENT whether by phone or email. More companies could learn from Anker's support for her very caring and helpful nature. They put their customers first! So far everything works great including the ability to use my old doorbell from around 1970. Why use an old doorbell? It has vintage hammers with xylophone strips inside that produce a very melodic and warm 8-note Westminster gong. I tip my hat to Anchor/Eufy for supporting the old doorbell. The video quality is amazing, whether in full color or in a dark place, with very clear infrared. Excellent video quality with an easy way to search for videos and the ability to easily send videos to law enforcement or anyone else. The video is stored in their 16GB HomeBase2, which is located at your home and connected via WiFi. It says there might be a way to add additional storage in the future. I doubt I'll use that as 16GB seems enough, but it's nice to know more can be added if needed. The beauty is that the storage is done LOCALLY IN YOUR HOME, so if the doorbell is ever stolen, your video is safe and sound. I also love that I do NOT pay a monthly fee to watch my video. This gives me the assurance that the video can only be viewed by me. The ability to respond in real-time via two-way audio is also a real plus! The ability to set detection zones is brilliant and works GREAT. A lot of cars pass here, but not a single car was found, only people. I wholeheartedly recommend this security doorbell to anyone looking for something that actually works and is backed by an unrivaled support organization!
