It was easy to install, we enjoyed installing it on our doors. But they went off in the middle of the night for no reason, once when the cops were here and the other one that was at the back door went off a week later. We used separate remote controls for each. That wouldn't have happened! So we dropped all 4 we bought! You get what you pay for. I ended up buying a door grill! much better than ringing a siren at 3am and pretending.

I purchased Home Depot pool safety alarms because my pool specialist recommended them. I ended up needing two more so I tried these out and damn I'm glad I found these alarm clocks. These alarm clocks are amazing, love that they come with a little remote control so you can turn off the sound if you decide to leave the door open. These alarms cost half as much as a pool safe and in my opinion look and work 90% better! I definitely recommend this product.

Our smart 4 year old son loves to open the front door. Although he never attempted to leave the house, we feared that if he continued to answer the door at every opportunity, that would eventually happen. I installed this in my home two days ago. Previous alarms I've tried had a 30 second delay before they went off. This one works out of the box, which is great! It warms me when my adult resident opens a door in my adult family's home that he shouldn't open. It's very easy to install! The stickers they put on are pretty tough so it will be difficult to fake them. I hung it OUTSIDE my bedroom door to warn me about late night wanderings.
