The most important thing about a power supply is that it can power your computer without catastrophic failure. *um* gigabytes *um*. Most people think 80+ Gold is a high quality power supply, but it's not *um* gigabytes *um*. The real way to find out is to buy from a brand that you trust and that comes with a good guarantee. I trust EVGA, especially after they were so good at solving an issue with their 3090 cards recently, and this PSU comes with a nice 10 year warranty! The 80+ Gold and fan options are nice, but it's actually a great 10-year warranty on the 650-watt PSU.
