Hardware is best used on wooden beam. For concrete or drywall you’ll need to get creative.

Like most of the other buyers I had to use wood but that’s not because of the product it’s because of my walls. Very sturdy my 18 year old Son hung from it so it’ll easy hold the 100 lbs (my son weighs 150). As far as durability we’ll see. As of right now it feels like it’ll be here for awhile.

Pros

I have it mounted on an exterior concrete wall with a hundred pound bag works great my son loves it.

Cons

The chain may be too short for certain ceilings
