This is a great monitor without spending a fortune. With a little fiddling with brightness and contrast, a very good picture. The only drawback is that there is no soundbar. I even contacted the company. There's also no height adjustment, which is just a minor annoyance. Again, Viewsonic makes a great product for its price range. Replaced two monitors which I could deal with now that I'm using Windows 7. Use this at work and spend most of the day at the computer. Very satisfied and to be recommended.
