I've used them for several years now because they have excellent customer service! The reps are professional but not too formal which makes you feel like it's just another day working there instead if some sortof big deal every time we interact together (which happens all to often). They also keep track everything very well so that when something goes wrong during transit; its usually due lack of paperwork from my side rather than their end - thus solving problems much faster without me having stress out about anything being done right!! Great experience overall using TransImpact as our shipper partner and logistics provider. Nothing really comes into mind except maybe getting more people onboard who would be willing assist us whenever possible especially since this seems almost impossible sometimes considering how busy everyone gets these days. !
