BPA free has not been used

These spoons are not BPA free and believe me I've looked back and forth to see if they were or not. I didn't use them because I didn't want them to harm my baby. Although I didn't use the spoons as I was throwing them away, I received a card from this company with some products clearly labeled as BPA, Phthalate. , and PVC free which I love and will definitely use! They tried to get it right, but the spoons should say they don't contain these chemicals, if any. If not, they should still not be making baby spoons with these chemicals.
