Excellent customer service - passed all 3 attempts at installation with no bubbles but no matter what I tried I couldn't get rid of them. I contacted Mr Shield to find out what I was doing wrong and they suggested I move to a bathroom or other location where dust is kept to a minimum and sent me 3 more screen protectors for free! I really wasn't expecting that, so I'm giving them 5 stars for that alone. Screens themselves do what you want - protect your screen without sacrificing visibility. Just getting them on screen can be difficult (especially if you don't have the patience). From the moment you peel off the 1st layer until you put it on the screen, it picks up any dust in the air. And even with the tools provided, it was very difficult to remove the dust that got in (which often resulted in even more blisters). So you really have 1 try each time to apply it without dust/bubbles.
