I like that it's very simple yet provides enough customization options so you can get your message across in multiple ways (text only vs HTML), which really allows for personalization! The interface itself gets confusing with time - especially if not using Outlook frequently- however there are helpful tutorials available online to help navigate through these issues as well! It would be great if sending out automated emails was more user friendly by having some sort of option/settings page where this functionality could occur all at once rather than going into each individual mail individually everytime before hitting "Send"! Definitely try one when considering whether they have what you need!! Sending regular non profit updates via newsletter and to different groups of donors from my board members list. Emails go much faster due to automation features allowing me to set up automatic replies without any input required afterwards. Also greatly reduces risk of forgetting about something important since everything happens right then & there instead waiting till after close to miss deadline/deadline day! Great customer service team who always respond quickly even during off hours too. Easy access - no password requirements necessary nor do passwords expire unless requested otherwise. Very inexpensive pricing compared to competitors products such as Constant Contact etc. Automation has been beneficial both personally AND nonprofit wise, reducing workload significantly and streamlining communication between myself along many other aspects within our organization I like the way it's easy to use and the interface is very simple and easy to use. I dislike the fact that it's not available in the Apple App Store. I think that it's a good tool to use for sending emails and newsletters. I have been using it for a while and I have never had any problems. I am using it to send newsletters to my customers and I have been very satisfied with the results.
