So I'm generally obsessed with blue light blocking glasses. I just kept a few for myself and let my 5 year old wear mine whenever he had screen time. I'm so happy I bought him his own pair, especially this pair. He loves the colour, they sit comfortably on him, fit his face well and even come in a lovely case with blue laser and blue light test strips. He's obsessed. We now wear blue light blocking glasses together, be it in the cinema or because the house lights are on at night and we don't want to disturb our sleep patterns.
