Received a return and poor response from seller
I love this product and have made several purchases in the past and even given it as gifts. However, the jar came without the usual packaging and in a crumpled product box. Upon inspection (unfortunately 6 days past the return window) I also found that the container was incomplete due to a large void that was not visible from the top but from the side. I have sent a complaint to the seller. Instead of receiving an offer to replace or otherwise repair the glass, I received a message asking how I could revise my review. I need a better answer before I recommend or buy this product again!
