Looks great, but unfortunately it's made of plastic. They actually have a satin nickel finish which looks nice. Everything seems to be holding up well. The only reason I removed the stars is because they are plastic. Not much for the price you pay but not sure how they will hold up over time. Although you can't tell from the looks that it's plastic. With towels, they don't bend at all. In general the price is good. Another reason it's only 4 stars is the facility. I would recommend that you use your own anchors. The ones that come with it are not very good. In general, the instructions are not good. They are easy to install but you need a large level for the towel rail.
