Didn't work with my Dyson desktop fan.

Unfortunately my Dyson table fan didn't work as advertised. However, it worked with my Dyson Tower fan, so I now have a spare remote. I called Dyson and they sent me the right one. Sometimes it is better to contact the manufacturer directly. I called them and read the serial number on the bottom of the fan and it was that easy. Hope this review helps!
