Assorted Spark Plugs: Spark Plugs and Wire

I find it strange that there are two different spark plugs in a pack of two spark plugs. I needed two DR8ES spark plugs for my Honda service at the end of the year. Recorded DR8ES and CMR6A. It doesn't usually matter much, but the nearest auto parts store is 22 miles round trip.
