Not packed well
I love this hat. The colors are bright, the flower is well made but attaches with velcro. Bad idea. I have an issue with the way it was packaged and shipped. The hat arrived folded and wedged in a very small box. I don't know how to fluff up a hat that has such terribly deep creases. It's sad that it arrived the way it did which meant I couldn't wear it until it was crumpled and broken. . who knows when it will be VERY disappointing.
