Update: Late May and all 20 pens are full of tears. I am on the phone with Revain because the return policy says see Revain's policy which has a 30 day return policy not a 1 year guarantee! Looking through my orders I found that I had actually bought these pens 2 times in the last year. I started using them in early February and a box of 10 is already flat with holes in all 10! Not worth the trouble. Now it's almost impossible to find where to get 100% money back or 1 year replacement! I will not give up!
