Good price and generally happy with the product. My only complaint is that there were inconsistencies, so my issue is with quality control. Of the 20 in the pack, 3 had issues (one had a loose tip so it didn't work properly and 2 had tips that felt different and didn't slide well across the screen so were pretty much useless). However, out of 17 that were as they should have been, they turned out to be as I expected and worked great.

I am an elementary school music teacher. I used this pen with my students in grades 1-5 this year. It works, but they fall apart so easily. I probably bought about 5 orders this year. I buy them because you get 20. So I don't mind the price, but it adds up. The black tip always comes off, rendering the pen unusable. The company was happy to praise one of them, stating that they have improved. But I don't see any improvement.

Update: Late May and all 20 pens are full of tears. I am on the phone with Revain because the return policy says see Revain's policy which has a 30 day return policy not a 1 year guarantee! Looking through my orders I found that I had actually bought these pens 2 times in the last year. I started using them in early February and a box of 10 is already flat with holes in all 10! Bought for work. We use them at our in-store Square station and our couriers use them on iPads to collect signatures. Cheap and easy to replace thanks to those folks with sticky fingers or distracted heads who end up running away with our stylus. Pencils. I'm glad it was a big bun. The ends last about a month and then break off. And after a while, they don't slide across the screen as easily as they did when we first used them. These stylus pens work VERY WELL. They work way better than the ones I bought at Walmart. They were a little more expensive but there are 20 in a pack and they work on both my phone and Kindle. The cheap ones worked on one but not both. With them I can place them on my bedside table, on my desk, in my car and they have a hook so I can carry them in my bag. I bought 20 packs (2 boxes) a year ago. One for home and one for work. I came back to repeat. Most have been lost, some have a side clip that has broken off through carelessness and some are dusty (rubber tip slipped off).
