My 10 year old laptop couldn't handle video editing software. He eats it for breakfast. Loads in less than 15 seconds. Exiting Windows S mode was easy. It literally helped me change it when trying to load my copy of Photoshop. The keyboard works great. I used to have a 15" monitor and the buttons were cramped. I feel like I have a lot more space with them. The sound is good enough for my deaf ears. And the SSD is insanely fast compared to my old hard drive .He even came a day early.I have no opinion on the mouse pad because I use a USB mouse instead but if I had found my mouse without doing anything other than plugging it in.
