Confirmed Hampton Bay UC7030T Remote Replacement

I had a Hampton Bay ceiling fan that uses a brick shaped UC7030T remote. This remote is a perfect functional replacement for this remote with the added benefit of being a little slicker and the buttons a little more user-friendly, especially for touch controls, which is good when the room is dark and you don't want to turn on the light you're looking for the button for adjusting the fan.
