I chose this pillowcase from many options at Revain because I wanted something thicker than Momme's 19 options, I liked the soft pink color and it has good reviews. It cost more than the numerous $20 options available, but I was okay with it, thinking the extra money would translate into quality. After sleeping on a pillowcase for 5 nights, the silk was covered with strips, stretches, and spools, and a bunch of loose, frayed threads appeared along the seam. I knew this pillowcase wouldn't last as I don't wear any jewelry or hair accessories to explain the damage. Violette8 will include a card in the package asking you to leave feedback on Revain and will email you if you have any issues so a replacement can be sent to you 'right away'. I have NEVER left negative feedback and wanted to give them a chance to keep their promise by emailing the seller on February 20th, 2019. I have included my order number and photos of the damage as stated. Having received no response, I emailed them again on February 25th and said I would wait another business day for a response, but after that I would be forced to leave a negative review of the product and seller. And here I am on 02/27/19, after not receiving an answer, I am writing this review. I am extremely disappointed. The material of this case is nice and feels nice, but for me it's useless if it doesn't stand up to normal use. A company would be better off skipping their little thank you altogether than promising customer service they don't intend to deliver.
