I use several liquids but this one didn't seem very good. He was a little big. The main plastic is very large and I found the vibrations with the large bulbs can desensitize rather than excite. This was also confirmed here. It may work for a real massager for other body parts, but for its main purpose I found it inadequate. Aesthetically, the copper strap and hard plastic case just didn't impress me. I prefer a softer look, with a thinner head and more focus, if you get my meaning.
