I recently bought a very expensive laptop that I treat like gold. It's P17, 17.5 inch screen and 8 lbs. I needed something that would help with car maintenance and also work as an adjustable stand. I bought a few and returned them all as I didn't feel any of them could support the weight of the car and keep it from sliding. This one held the car and it didn't slide, but being still careful I decided to make the changes you see in my photos. I used: epoxy, ruler and clamps. I painted the ruler black and glued it to the stand that came with the cooler. Then I glued the brackets to the ruler and machine with epoxy. Make the laptop cooler more suitable for my machine.
