I was very happy to use this device. I set it up and used it on the first brush. It worked well. Then I installed the second brush, started the device and all I got was a blue light indicating the device was on. However, there was no rotation of my brush or anything like that. complete failure. I am very disappointed as there are so many on the market. I didn't know which company to choose. I hope I can send them back (I bought one for myself and my daughter for Christmas) and get a full refund. Buyers should beware of this company. UPDATE: I went back to the pen and had to shake it on the counter and it worked. I keep it in the end. This has been very effective in cleaning all of the brushes I have. It's good for the price.
