Holy smokes. I bought this after reading a thread on the internet where a bunch of homeowners were discussing how to clean their property with cat pee. It was highly recommended. First: buy. Second, you can't afford not to. My mom has a house with about 6 cats that pee everywhere. This has been the case for many years so you can imagine the smells and stains. I have shampooed their carpets MANY times with bissell shampoo and stuff made for pets and stuff. It's a joke. This substance breaks down urine deep within the carpet fibers and upholstery, bringing the urine to the surface. Tips: I am dealing with urine stains that are so old and deep that the carpet is turning ORANGE. Pooh. I've found that with these stains, mixing up a 50/50 solution, pouring it directly onto the stain and letting it sit really helps. Otherwise wash this area with shampoo, it looks great and after 20 minutes it will turn bright yellow due to the substance hitting the surface. Some of these stains will take multiple washes to wash off, but this is the best result. I've seen this before. In the car, I add about an 8 ounce stove for my gallon tank. I've also found this product to really help remove urine from grout and grout around baseboards. Buy an odor neutralizer. in the same taste.
