Absolutely useless.

a waste of money. I feel ripped off trying to insert a UK pin into the input end. I note that the pin does not fit the adapter, not because it was the wrong shape or because the adapter is a tight fit, but the UK entry end was sealed as if the factory forgot to cut the plastic off after the molding process. Even after drilling through the latch I found that the ends were not connected to the US output pins in any way. Worse than paperweights. I ended up connecting my cable to the American style pin.
